Mears Great Oak Landing Marina offers boat maintenance and repair on-site, including haul-outs with our 50-ton travel lift, winterization, bottom painting, and much more.

We also permit approved, insured contractors that adhere to strict Maryland Department of Natural Resources “Clean Marina” initiatives to come in and work on your boat.

Chesapeake Marine Services (CMS) is our on-site marine service company with a long list of capabilities and reputation for delivering quality services.

CMS performs marine winterizing & shrinkwrap, spring commissioning, bottom soda/sand blasting and painting, fiberglass repair, Awlgrip painting and hull waxing, and mechanical, electrical & plumbing maintenance.

We are taking orders for haulouts and spring commissioning now.
