Great Oak Landing Marina offers seasonal and annual dockage on the upper Chesapeake Bay to fit your individual needs.All plan rates include dockside water, one 30 amp power connection and cable TV service.

Seasonal Dockage Plan runs from April 15th through October 14th. Annual plans are available with your choice of dry land winter storage or in-water storage with deicing. Annual plans run from January 1st through December 31st or April 15th through April 14th.
